Please be aware that our 90-day & 3 Year extended warranties cover manufacturer defects only. It does not cover the following:

  1. 1.Water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.). Although our Swiss Rolex models are water-resistant to 30m, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in. Our repair specialists have discovered over the years, that 90-95% of water damage is due to the crown being inadequately screwed in, which is considered a user error.
    Our standard (non-Swiss) replica is designed to replicate the original timepiece. It is a high quality replica that is to be used mostly for light to medium duty, and, as a fashion accessory. It isnot designed for water sports or heavy/excessive use.

  2. 2.Although the gold plating is very thick, we are not able to determine how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold is not covered by the warranty Watches cannot be tampered with in any way.

  3. 3.In the case when your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you may choose another product of the same value.

  4. 4. Please insure your returns &provide tracking. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Please email us the tracking number after you have sent out the returned product. We will be looking for the tracking number to pick up your returned product. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will not be considered for an exchange or refund.

  5. 5.Crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product.

  6. 6.Allow up to 4 weeks to receive your repair product.

  7. 7.All warranty claims are subject to final inspection before it is repaired or exchanged.

  8. 8.Our warranty covers all working parts of the watch.

  9. 9.Customers are responsible for warranty claim freight & small handling fee.

  10. 10. Approved returns and exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is, in no way, a way that we generate revenue. This barely covers our bank & wiring fees.

  11. 11. Proof of your warranty is easy, your order number is the reference to your warranty.

All correspondence, returns, and warranty claims MUST be made through our customer service ticket system. All correspondence regarding the exchange must stay with the same ticket number until the matter is resolved. This ensures that our staff has all of the information to quickly process the issue. **We must have DETAILED PHOTOS (3-5) of the issue with your watch PRIOR to processing a warranty claim. A customer service ticket # & order # MUST accompany these photos as they could be deleted if they are not labeled correctly.
